Vian Man Sentenced to 46 Months for Maintaining Drug Involved PremisesRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that JAMI STALEY, a.k.a. Kountry, age 31, of Vian, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 46 months imprisonment for Maintaining Drug Involved Premises, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 856.
The charge is a result of an investigation by the Sallisaw Police Department, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in August, 2013.
The Indictment alleged that during the period of on or about August 1, 2012 until Indicted, the defendant, did knowingly and intentionally maintain a place at 307 Dennis St., Vian, Oklahoma, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, for the purpose of distributing, manufacturing and using methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
The Honorable James H. Payne, District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, presided over the hearing. The defendant will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending transportation to the designated federal facility at which he will serve his nonparolable sentence.

Muskogee Man Sentenced to 60 Months for Failure to Register as Sex OffenderRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that JUSTIN WAYNE RIGGS, age 26, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 5 years of probation with 6 months of home detention, for Failure to Register as Sex Offender, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2250(a)(1), 2250(a)(2)(A) and 2250(a)(3).
The charge arose from an investigation by the United States Marshal Service. The defendant was indicted in March, 2014 and pled guilty in April, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that from in or about April 2013, until on or about October 16, 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and elsewhere, the defendant, an individual required to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, after having been Court-Martialed and convicted of felonies by the United States of America Department of the Army on or about May 6, 2011, for the offenses of knowing possession of images of child pornography and distribution of child pornography, knowingly failed to register and update his registration as required by the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

Eufaula Man Pleads Guilty to Methamphetamine DistributionRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that SEAN DEVAL WARRIOR a/k/a Sean G, age 33, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Distribution of Methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and (b)(1)(C).
Charges arose from an investigation by the District 18 and District 25 Drug and Violent Crime Task Forces, Eufaula Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in August, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that on or about January 24, 2014, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, SEAN DEVAL WARRIOR a/k/a Sean G, defendant herein, did knowingly and intentionally distribute a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
The Honorable Kimberly E. West, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report. Sentencing will be scheduled following its completion. The defendant will remain in the custody of the United States Marshal Service pending sentencing.

Eufaula Man Pleads Guilty to Firearm Possession in Furtherance of a Drug Trafficking OffenseRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that JAMES DEWAYNE MARSHALL, age 33, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking Offense, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c)(1)(A).
Charges arose from an investigation by the Carter County Sheriff’s Department, the Ardmore Police Department, the United States Marshal Service and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The defendant was indicted in August, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that on or about February 5, 2014, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, JAMES DEWAYNE MARSHALL, did knowingly possess a Ruger, model P95, 9mm caliber pistol, in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime for which he may be prosecuted in a court of the United States, that is, Possession of a Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute.
The Honorable Stephen P. Shreder, District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report. Eufaula Man Pleads Guilty to CounterfeitingRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that RICKY ELLIS LAMB, age 33, of Eufaula, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Possession and Uttering a Counterfeit Security, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 513(a).
Charges arose from an investigation by the United States Secret Service. The defendant was indicted in June, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that on or about July 18, 2012 in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, RICKY ELLIS LAMB, defendant herein, knowingly possessed, uttered and caused to be uttered counterfeit securities, a counterfeit check on the account of Compass Assembly of God, Inc., made payable to Staples in the amount of $844.16, and drawn on Citizens Security Bank, an organization which operates in interstate commerce, with intent to deceive another.
The Honorable Stephen P. Shreder, District Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report. Oklahoma City Man Pleads Guilty to Drug Conspiracy (Methamphetamine Distribution)Read the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that CORNELL TYLEIZ HARVEY, 29, of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Drug Conspiracy, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Section 846.
The charges arose from a joint investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, Bureau of Indian Affairs, McAlester Police Department, the Muskogee Police Department, the Checotah Police Department, the Eufaula Police Department, the Stigler Police Department, Districts 18, 23, and 25 District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the Okmulgee County Sheriff’s Office, the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office, the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Office, the Oklahoma Department of Corrections, United States Department of Homeland Security, and the United States Marshal Service. The investigation was coordinated by the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) of the Eastern District of Oklahoma. OCDETF is an initiative led, and coordinated by, the Office of the United States Attorney.
The Indictment alleged that from in or about April 2003 to on or about April 15, 2014, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, the defendant, knowingly conspired to possess with the intent to distribute and to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
The Honorable Steven P. Shreder, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report.

Madill Man Sentenced to 96 Months for Possession of Material Involving Sexual Exploitation of MinorsRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that MICHAEL LYNN CARTER, age 61, of Madill, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 96 months imprisonment, followed by 5 years of supervised release for Possession of Certain Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2252(a)(4)(B) and 2252(b)(2).
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. CARTER was indicted in March 2014 and pled guilty in May 2014.
The Indictment alleged that from between in or about September 2013 and December 20, 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant did knowingly possess and attempt to possess matters which contained visual depictions and the production of said visual depictions involved the use of a minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct which were then transported in interstate commerce by a computer.

Broken Arrow Man Sentenced to 15 Months, $6,700 Restitution for Gratuity Received by VA Public OfficialRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that JEFFREY REESE FISHER, age 37, of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 15 months imprisonment, followed by 1 year of supervised release for Gratuity Received by a Public Official, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 201(c)(1)(B) and 2. FISHER was also ordered to pay $6,774.00 in restitution.
The charges arose from an investigation by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Inspector General.
The Information alleged that beginning in April 2009 and continuing through March 2010, the defendant, a public official as an employee of the Department of Veterans Affairs, otherwise than as provided by law for the proper discharge of official duties, directly and indirectly did demand, seek, receive, accept and agree to receive and accept something of value personally for and because of an official act performed and to be performed by such official, that is FISHER, as Chief of Prosthetics for the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma, solicited Al’s Medical, Muskogee, Oklahoma, a medical supply company doing business with the Veterans Affairs Hospital in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to pay for construction and remodeling work on FISHER’s private residence.

Ardmore Man Pleads Guilty to Bank Theft, Embezzlement and MisapplicationRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that RICHARD PAUL GEURIN, 48, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Bank Theft, Embezzlement and Misapplication, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 656.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The defendant was indicted in August 2014.
The Indictment alleged that from on or about February 3, 2011, until on or about February 24, 2014, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, defendant RICHARD PAUL GEURIN, being an officer, director, agent, or employee of, or connected in a capacity with, First Bank & Trust of Duncan, Oklahoma, a bank whose deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, with intent to injure and defraud the said First Bank & Trust of Duncan, Oklahoma, willfully misapplied, embezzled, abstracted, and purloined more than $1,000.00 of the moneys, funds, assets or securities entrusted to the custody or care of First Bank & Trust of Duncan, Oklahoma, in that the defendant withdrew cash from the accounts of certain bank customers and misapplied, embezzled, abstracted and purloined the funds for his own use or benefit.

Two Yantis, TX Men Sentenced to 60 Months Probation for Wire/Mail FraudRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that MICHAEL SCOTT CALHOUN, age 49, and TOMMY WAYNE DAVIS, age 47, both of Yantis, Texas, were sentenced for Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud/Mail Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1349.
CALHOUN was sentenced to five years probation. DAVIS was also sentenced to five years probation.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The defendants were indicted in August, 2012.
The Indictment alleged that in or about August 2007 to in or about April 2010, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, the defendants, knowingly and wilfully conspired with other persons known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to transmit or caused to be transmitted by means of a wire communication or the United States Mail, communication for the purpose to defraud the United States and Texas Capital Bank, a financial institution insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, all in order to obtain money by means of false and fraudulent pretenses, representations, and promises.

Sallisaw Man Charged with Multiple Counts of Wire Fraud, Identity Theft and CounterfeitingRead the Press Release

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that CHRISTOPHER JACOB FROEHLICH, age 28, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma was arraigned in federal court today.
The defendant has been charged with six counts of Wire Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343, punishable by up to 20 years imprisonment and/or up to a $250,000.00 fine; six counts of Aggravated Identity Theft, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1028A(a)(1), punishable by 2 years imprisonment consecutive to any other sentence imposed and/or up to a $250,000.00 fine; and two counts of Uttering A Counterfeit Security With Intent To Deceive, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 513(a), punishable by up to 10 years imprisonment and/or up to a $250,000.00 fine.
The Indictment filed on September 10, 2014, alleges that from December 25, 2013 to March 30, 2014 the defendant devised and intended to devise a scheme to defraud various individuals and financial institutions. The defendant used fraudulently obtained personal identification information to create false online accounts at financial institutions. The defendant also uttered counterfeit checks for mobile deposit intending to defraud.
The charges arose from an investigation by the United States Postal Service and the United States Secret Service.

The charges arose from an investigation by the Social Security Administration, Office of Inspector General.
The Information alleged that from in or about September 2000 through September 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Defendant did willfully and knowingly embezzle, steal and convert to her own use, money and things of value from the Social Security Administration, an agency of the United States, which had been paid to Ora Dell Dixon, a/k/a, Ora Dell Trento, as retirement benefits, to which the defendant knew she was not entitled and having a value in excess of $1,000.

The charges arose from an investigation by the Social Security Administration, Office of Inspector General.
The Information alleged that from on or about February 22, 2012 to on or about December 18, 2012, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the Defendant did willfully and knowingly embezzle, steal and convert to her own use, money and things of value from the Social Security Administration, an agency of the United States, which had been paid to Mary Lou Allen, as widow benefits, to which the defendant knew she was not entitled and having a value in excess of $1,000.

Madill Woman Pleads Guilty to Wire FraudRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that KRISTEN RENEA BROWN, age 19, of Madill, Oklahoma, pled guilty to an Information charging her with WIRE FRAUD, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
The Information alleged that from on or about September 23, 2013 to on or about October 1, 2013, KRISTEN RENEA BROWN, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, the defendant herein, did execute a scheme to defraud Victim #1, an account holder at Landmark Bank in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, to-wit: the defendant transferred money from the bank account of Victim #1 into Defendant’s own bank account at Landmark Bank, and by means of debit card used said money to purchase items for her own use and benefit and the use and benefit of others. As part of the scheme to defraud, the defendant transmitted and caused to be transmitted by means of wire communication in interstate commerce, writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds, for the purpose of executing and attempting to execute the aforesaid scheme and artifice to defraud.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that JOBY TUCSON NORTHINGTON, age 34, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, pled guilty to POSSESSION OF UNREGISTERED FIREARM (DESTRUCTIVE DEVICE), in violation of Title 26, United States Code, Sections 5861(d), 5841 and 5871.
The charge is a result of an investigation by the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. The defendant was indicted in July, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that on or about April 12, 2014, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant did knowingly possess a destructive device, which is a firearm, as defined in Title 26, United States Code, Section 5845, not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.

The charge is a result of an investigation by the District 16 District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in March 2014.
The Indictment alleged that from in or about the beginning of 2011, the exact date being unknown to the Grand Jury, and continuing until on or about December 31, 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and elsewhere, DONNA JEAN SCHAFER, did willfully and knowingly combine, conspire, confederate and agree together, and with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to commit offenses against the United States, to wit: to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute and distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

The Indictment alleged that from in or about December 2011, until on or about March 5, 2014, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and elsewhere, PAUL EVERETT KILLMAN, defendant herein, an individual required to register as a sex offender under the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act, after having been Court-Martialed and convicted of felonies by the United States of America Air Force on or about February 10, 1997, for two counts of Committing Indecent Acts, two counts of Indecent Liberties, one count of Indecent Acts with Another, one count of Receipt of Child Pornography and one count of Possession of Child Pornography, did knowingly fail to update his registration as required by the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.

Pottsboro TX Man Sentenced to 27 Months, $685,000.00 Restitution for Wire FraudRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that JIMMY DALE STRAHAN, age 63, of Pottsboro, Texas, was sentenced on July 30, 2014, to 27 months imprisonment, followed by 36 months of supervised release for Wire Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1343. STRAHAN was also ordered to pay $685,347.25 in restitution.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Durant Police Department and the United States Secret Service. The defendant was indicted in June 2013 and entered a plea of guilty in July 2013.
The Indictment alleged on or about March 12, 2010, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant, caused to be transmitted by means of wire communication in interstate commerce the signals and sounds from a bank account at Shamrock Bank, Caddo, Oklahoma, transferring the funds to a bank account at Landmark Bank, Pottsboro, Texas.
The investigation revealed the STRAHAN, President of Yellowjacket Energy Services, Inc. (YES) marketed and sold shares in YES by falsely representing to potential investors that the company was managed by an Executive Management Team. STRAHAN prepared a fraudulent document that listed the Management Team, which consisted of STRAHAN and seven other individuals with strong oil and gas experience including an attorney, accountant, banker, engineer and geologist, when in fact none of these individuals were owners or advisors to the company. STRAHAN also falsely represented the profitability of the company in an effort to attract investors.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that ELADIO ARGUELLES, age 26, of El Paso, Texas, pled guilty to an Information charging him with Possession with Intent to Distribute 5 Kilograms or More of Cocaine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).
The charge arose from an investigation by the Savanna Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in June 2014.
The Information alleged that on or about April 5, 2014, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant did knowingly and intentionally possess with the intent to distribute five (5) kilograms or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of Cocaine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
The Honorable Steven P. Shreder, Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Muskogee, accepted the guilty plea and ordered the completion of a presentence report. Sentencing will be scheduled following its completion.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that NIKEA PAUL LEE, age 38, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, pled guilty to Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, in violation of Title 21, United States Code, Sections 841(a)(1) and 841(b)(1)(B).
The charge arose from an investigation by the Chickasaw Lighthorse Police, the Ardmore Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). The defendant was indicted in June 2014.
The Indictment alleged that on or about February 6, 2014, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant did knowingly and intentionally possess with the intent to distribute over five (5) grams or more of actual Methamphetamine, a Schedule II Controlled Substance.

The charge is a result of an investigation by the District 16 District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and the Drug Enforcement Administration. The defendant was indicted in March 2014.
The Indictment alleged that from in or about the beginning of 2011, the exact date being unknown to the Grand Jury, and continuing until on or about December 31, 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, and elsewhere, BILLY DON FULLER, did willfully and knowingly combine, conspire, confederate and agree together, and with others known and unknown to the Grand Jury, to commit offenses against the United States, to wit: to knowingly and intentionally possess with intent to distribute and distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture or substance containing a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that MICHELLE RENA McININCH, age 44, of Atoka, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 5 months imprisonment, followed by 5 months of home detention, 3 years of supervised release and ordered to pay $29,337.74 in restitution for Wire Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 1343.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Office of Emily Redman, District 19 District Attorney and the United States Secret Service. The defendant pled guilty in November 2013.
The Information alleged that in or about January, 2013 through in or about March, 2013, the defendant, did execute a scheme to defraud banks within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, to-wit: the defendant deposited false and fraudulent financial instruments into accounts at First United Bank, Landmark Bank, BancFirst and First Texoma Bank and immediately began withdrawing approximately $43,121.11 from the accounts by means of automated teller machines (ATMs). As part of the scheme to defraud, the defendant transmitted and caused to be transmitted by means of wire communication in interstate commerce, writings, signs, signals, pictures, or sounds, for the purpose of executing and attempting to execute the aforesaid scheme and artifice to defraud.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that WESLEY JOE WINKLE, age 34, of Spiro, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 41 months imprisonment, followed by 3 years of supervised release and was ordered to pay $613,135.37 in restitution for Bank Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1344.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The defendant pled guilty in January 2014.
The Information alleged that from on or about August 2010, through April 2013, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant, devised a scheme and artifice to obtain moneys, funds, assets securities and other property owned and under the custody or control of The First National Bank and Trust Company of Okmulgee, a federally insured financial institution, by means of materially false and fraudulent pretenses, representations and promises.
It was part of the scheme and artifice that the defendant, a loan officer for The First National Bank and Trust Company of Okmulgee, manipulated the accounts of bank customers to show fictitious loans and lines of credit to increase the amount of money in a customer's bank account. WINKLE would then withdraw money from the inflated account for his own personal use.

Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced today that MARCUS WAYNE HALL, age 42, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 108 months imprisonment, followed by 5 years of supervised release for Possession of Certain Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of Minors, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2252(a)(4)(B) and 2252(b)(2). HALL was also ordered to pay $5,590.00 in restitution.
Charges arose from an investigation by the Colorado Springs Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The defendant was indicted in June 2013 and pled guilty in February 2014.
The Indictment alleged that between in or about November 2011 and March 1, 2012, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendant, did knowingly possess and attempt to possess matters which contained visual depictions, as that term is defined in Title 18, United States Code, Section 2256(5), the production of said visual depictions involved the use of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct, as that term is defined in Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2256(2)(A)-(B), and said visual depictions were of such sexually explicit conduct, and had been transported in interstate commerce by computer.

Lynnwood WA Man Sentenced to 70 Months, $240,000 Restitution for Conspiracy to Commit Wire FraudRead the Press Release
Muskogee, Oklahoma - The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, announced that KEVIN KONSTANTINOV, age 50, of Lynnwood, Washington was sentenced to 72 months imprisonment, followed by 3 years of supervised release and $240,682.27 in restitution for Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud, in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1349.
The defendant pled guilty in September 2013, along with ELVIN ALISURETOVE, age 36, of Newcastle, Washington. ALISURETOVE was sentenced to 60 months imprisonment, on June 11, 2014.
The Indictment alleged that beginning in or about April 2012 and continuing until in or about January 2013, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, the defendants and others known and unknown to the Grand Jury would obtain account information and personal identification numbers (“PIN’s”) by using a skimming device.
The charges further allege that on or about the period of December 3, 2012 to December 4, 2012, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma, the defendants did knowingly possess, and use, without lawful authority, a means of identification of another person during and in relation to Conspiracy to Commit Wire Fraud.
