MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Benjamin Vasquez-Hernandez, a/k/a Benjamin Vasquez, a/k/a Benjamin Santiago Vasquez, age 53, a Honduran national unlawfully present in Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division.
On October 1, 2025, Vasquez-Hernandez pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on July 31, 2025, Vasquez-Hernandez, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on September 13, 2019.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Alain Sanchez-Lopez, a/k/a Enrique Sanchez-Malpicha, a/k/a Jesus Rico-Lopez, a/k/a Jesus Perez-Rico, a/k/a Alain De Jesus Sanchez-Lopez, age 40, a Mexican national unlawfully present/residing in Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office.
On October 6, 2025, Sanchez-Lopez pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on June 15, 2025, Sanchez-Lopez, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on November 6, 2015, on February 14, 2016, on March 29, 2016, and on April 13, 2016.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Luis Cuellar-Martinez, a/k/a Luis Cueller, a/k/a Luis Martinez, a/k/a Luis Martinez Cueller, age 32, a Mexican national unlawfully present in Poteau, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
On September 10, 2025, Cuellar-Martinez pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on July 31, 2025, Cuellar-Martinez, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on June 19, 2014.

Illegal Alien Pleads Guilty to Unlawful ReentryRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Celso Martinez-Mata, a/k/a Celso Mata Martinez, a/k/a Celso Martinez, age 60, a Mexican national unlawfully present in Sequoyah County, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien, punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than two years, and a fine of not more than $250,000.00.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The Indictment alleged that on October 29, 2025, Martinez-Mata, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on July 2, 2002.

Muskogee Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing Firearm with Obliterated Serial NumberRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Caleb Colton Beauvais, age 31, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of a Firearm with an Obliterated Serial Number, punishable by a term of up to 5 years in prison, a $250,000 fine, or both.
The Indictment alleged that on May 9, 2025, Beauvais knowingly and unlawfully possessed a revolver from which the manufacturer’s serial number had been removed, obliterated, or altered, and Beauvais knew that the serial number had been removed, obliterated, or altered.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office.
The Honorable Gerald L. Jackson, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

Sallisaw Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing FirearmRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Marlina Dawn Hardbarger, age 49, of Sallisaw, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on September 10, 2025, having previously been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and knowing of such conviction, knowingly possessed one .223-5.56mm caliber semi-automatic rifle.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Sequoyah County Sheriff’s Office.
The Honorable Gerald L. Jackson, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

Pittsburg County Resident Pleads Guilty to Federal Drug and Firearm ChargesRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Samuel James King, age 25, of Indianola, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana, punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine, and one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on May 12, 2025, King knowingly and intentionally possessed less than fifty kilograms of marijuana with intent to distribute it.
The Indictment also alleged that on May 12, 2025, having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year and knowing of such conviction, King knowingly possessed a rifle, a semi-automatic pistol, two revolvers, and multiple rounds of assorted ammunition.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the McAlester Police Department.

Former Adair County Resident Arrested for 1999 Murder in Indian CountryRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Timothy Jacob Hollan, age 73, of Miller, Missouri, was arrested in Kansas City, Kansas, yesterday on a federal arrest warrant. The warrant arose from a grand jury indictment charging Hollan with one Count of Murder in Indian Country and one count of Causing the Death of Another Person in the Course of a Violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 924(c). Both charges are punishable by death or a term of up to life in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleges that on a date uncertain to the grand jury, in or about September 1999, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma, in Indian country, Hollan, a non-Indian, willfully, deliberately, maliciously, and with premeditation and malice aforethought, unlawfully killed the victim, an Indian.
The Indictment further alleges that on that date, Hollan did knowingly use, carry, brandish, and discharge a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence, that is Murder in Indian Country, and in the course of this violation caused the death of the victim through the use of a firearm.
The crimes allegedly occurred in Adair County within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charges arose from investigations by the Bureau of Indian Affairs Missing and Murdered Unit, the Adair County Sheriff’s Department, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
In November 2023, deputies recovered the victim’s body from an abandoned well in rural Adair County. DNA analysis confirmed the victim’s identity earlier this year.
“The Missing and Murdered Unit was established by President Trump during his first term to address the crisis of missing and murdered Indigenous persons, ensuring that unresolved cases receive renewed attention and investigative resources,” said Billy Kirkland, Assistant Secretary for Indian Affairs at the Department of the Interior. “This joint investigation exemplifies the BIA Missing and Murdered Unit's efforts to bring justice, accountability, and closure to families impacted by violence in Indian Country. By working closely with tribal communities, federal law enforcement, and local partners, we are honoring victims and strengthening public safety.”
A grand jury Indictment does not constitute evidence of guilt. A grand jury Indictment is a method of bringing formal charges against the defendant. All defendants are presumed innocent of the charges and may not be found guilty unless evidence establishes guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
Carter County Resident Pleads Guilty to Illegally Possessing AmmunitionRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Lacey Marie Robinson, age 33, of Autry, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on August 15, 2025, having been convicted of a crime punishable by imprisonment for a term exceeding one year, and knowing of such conviction, Robinson knowingly possessed two rounds of .22 caliber ammunition and one .22 caliber lead bullet.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Carter County Sheriff’s Office.

Mexican National Sentenced for Receiving Child Sexual Exploitation MaterialRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Brandon Leal Castro, age 34, of Mexico, was sentenced to 97 months in prison for one count of Receipt of Certain Material Involving the Sexual Exploitation of a Minor. Castro will also be required to register pursuant to the Sex Offender Registration and Notification Act.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the District 16 Drug and Violent Crime Task Force, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
On July 30, 2025, Castro pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on November 14, 2024, Castro knowingly received a visual depiction of a prepubescent minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct through the internet.
This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 by the Department of Justice to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse. Led by the United States Attorneys’ Offices and the Criminal Division’s Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section, Project Safe Childhood marshals federal, state, and local resources to locate, apprehend, and prosecute individuals who sexually exploit children, and to identify and rescue victims. MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Rodolfo Guardado Palma, a/k/a Rodolfo Guardado-Palma, a/k/a Rodolfo Guardado, age 46, a Salvadoran national unlawfully present in Bryan County, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien, punishable by a term of imprisonment of not more than two years, and a fine of not more than $250,000.00.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The Indictment alleged that on November 17, 2025, Guardado Palma, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on September 12, 2019, and December 12, 2019.

Ardmore Resident Sentenced for Illegally Possessing Firearm and AmmunitionRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jacob Layton Earley, age 22, of Ardmore, Oklahoma, was sentenced to twenty-eight months in prison for one count of Possession of Firearm and Ammunition by Prohibited Person.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
On March 18, 2025, Earley pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on December 21, 2022, law enforcement executing a search warrant at Earley’s home discovered a 5.56X45mm Smith and Wesson semi-automatic rifle with a magazine loaded with 28 rounds of .223 REM caliber ammunition and 100 rounds of .223 REM caliber ammunition in Earley’s bedroom. At the time of the search, Earley had notice that he was subject to a protection order from the Chickasaw Nation District Court prohibiting him from owning, possessing, buying, or attempting to obtain any gun or firearm.

Poteau Physician Agrees to Pay $105,000 to Resolve Allegations of Controlled Substances Act ViolationsRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Dr. Jonathan S. Clark, D.O., of Poteau, Oklahoma, has agreed to pay $105,000.00 to settle allegations that he violated the Controlled Substances Act.
The United States alleged that Dr. Clark ordered controlled substances outside the course of professional practice, stored and dispensed controlled substances at an unregistered location, and failed to maintain records containing the dates that substances were received and dispensed as required under the Controlled Substances Act.
The settlement was the result of a Drug Enforcement Administration Diversion investigation that determined the misuse and improper storage of controlled substances, and the failure to maintain a complete and accurate record of the controlled substances.
“The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Tulsa Residence Office, works tirelessly to ensure doctors in our communities operate in a manner that is in the public’s best interest. When this standard is violated, those doctors will be held accountable, as is the case with Dr. Jonathan Clark,” said DEA Dallas Special Agent in Charge Joseph B. Tucker, who oversees operations in Oklahoma. “We hope this stands as a reminder of the DEA’s commitment to prevent, detect, investigate and hold accountable those doctors who choose to violate the Controlled Substances Act.”
“I commend the DEA Diversion Unit for their relentless efforts to ensure physician compliance to the law,” said United States Attorney Christopher J. Wilson. “Communities pay a high price when physicians violate laws governing dangerous and addictive substances. Through settlements like this one, the U.S. Attorney’s Office can reduce the risks to patient safety and public health posed by breaches of the Controlled Substance Act.”

Ada Resident Pleads Guilty to Felony AssaultsRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Isaiah Thomas Billey, age 23, of Ada, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to two counts of Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury in Indian Country, each punishable by a term of up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Superseding Indictment alleged that on May 2, 2025, Billey assaulted one victim, resulting in serious bodily injury. The Indictment further alleged that on September 23, 2025, Billey assaulted a second victim, resulting in serious bodily injury.
The crimes occurred in Pittsburg County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Pittsburg County Sheriff’s Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Ada Resident Pleads Guilty to Failure to Register as Sex OffenderRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Jaylon Parker Jackson Gore, age 25, of Ada, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Failure to Register as Sex Offender, punishable by a term of up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that Gore was convicted of Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country in the Eastern District of Oklahoma on July 11, 2024, and was required to register as a sex offender, and that from August 14, 2025, until September 6, 2025, Gore failed to update his registration despite residing in Indian country, within the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Marshals Service and U.S. Probation.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that David Dewey McDaniel, age 42, of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information of one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition, punishable by up to 15 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Information charged McDaniel with knowingly possessing one .22 Magnum caliber revolver, one .223 Remington caliber break-open rifle, and assorted ammunition on January 31, 2025, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Cherokee County Sheriff’s Office.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Sammy Lynn Key, age 45, of Colbert, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 70 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Atoka County Sheriff’s Office.
On August 5, 2025, Key pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on September 23, 2022, deputies investigating reports of a stolen vehicle discovered Key in possession of a .38 Special caliber revolver. At the time of the investigation, Key had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

Wewoka Residents Plead Guilty to Assault and Federal Firearm OffenseRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Demontrae Davion Rogers, age 20, of Wewoka, Oklahoma, and Damarion Hiawatha Nichols, age 21, of Moore, Oklahoma, pleaded guilty to charges related to assaults occurring on April 2, 2024, in Wewoka, Oklahoma.
Rogers entered a guilty plea to one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country, punishable by up to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000, and one count of Use, Carry, and Brandish of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence, punishable by ten years to life in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
Nichols entered a guilty plea to four counts of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm in Indian Country. Each count is punishable by up to ten years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000.
The Indictment alleged that on April 2, 2024, Rogers assaulted a victim with a dangerous weapon, intending to do bodily harm, and knowingly brandished a firearm, and that Nichols assaulted four victims with a dangerous weapon, intending to do bodily harm.
The crimes occurred in Seminole County, within the boundaries of the Seminole Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, the Seminole Nation Lighthorse Police, and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office.
The Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Matias Noah Ramirez, age 26, currently of Okemah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon with Intent to do Bodily Harm, punishable by up to ten years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on August 17, 2025, Ramirez assaulted the victim with a dangerous weapon, intending to do bodily harm. According to investigators, Ramirez threw boiling water onto the victim’s back, causing severe burns.
The crime occurred in Hughes County, within the boundaries of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police Department, and the Okemah Police Department.

Muskogee Resident Sentenced for Illegally Possessing Firearm and AmmunitionRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Scott Alan Bahe, age 42, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to twenty-one months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Ammunition, and twenty-one months for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition. The Court ordered the sentences to run concurrently to one another.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Muskogee Police Department.
On April 9, 2025, Bahe pleaded guilty to the charges. According to investigators, on December 23, 2024, as officers conducted a routine stop for a traffic violation, Bahe became uncooperative, ignored commands to stop, and attempted to evade officers by turning into a nearby alley. Officers took Bahe into custody and discovered 39 rounds of assorted 9mm Luger caliber ammunition inside Bahe’s backpack. Officers conducting a sweep of the alley recovered a loaded 9mm Lugar caliber semi-automatic pistol. At the time of the stop, Bahe had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

On August 7, 2025, Sather pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on April 26, 2023, deputies conducting a traffic stop on Highway 270 near Wilburton, Oklahoma, discovered Sather in possession of 5 rounds of ammunition. At the time of the stop, Sather had previously been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

Marshall County Resident Pleads Guilty to Kidnapping and Theft in Indian CountryRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Louis Lee Ray Hamons, age 23, of Kingston, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information of two counts of Kidnapping in Indian Country, punishable by a term of up to life in prison and a $250,000.00 fine for each count, and one count of Theft in Indian Country, punishable by up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000.00.
The Information alleged that on March 2, 2025, Hamons unlawfully seized, confined, kidnapped, and abducted two victims. The Information further alleged that on March 2, 2025, Hamons took and carried away with intent to steal a vehicle exceeding $1,000 in value.
The crimes occurred in Marshall County, within the boundaries of the Chickasaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Madill Police Department, the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office, the Bureau of Indian Affairs, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Zachery David Parker, age 38, of Ringling, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of a Firearm in Furtherance of Drug Trafficking Crime, punishable by a minimum term of 5 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on May 7, 2025, in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime, Parker knowingly possessed nine firearms, including: one 20 gauge break-open shotgun; one .410 gauge bolt-action shotgun; two .22 caliber semi-automatic rifles; one 5.56x45mm caliber semi-automatic rifle; one .32ACP caliber semi-automatic pistol; one .45ACP caliber semi-automatic pistol; one .40S&W caliber semi-automatic pistol; and one .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Carter County Sheriff’s Office and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The Information alleged that on February 27, 2025, Holderness knowingly possessed a visual depiction lacking serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value, transported by means of interstate or foreign commerce, including by computer, and depicting, or appearing to depict, a minor engaging in sexual intercourse.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Bryan County Sheriff’s Office, and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.

The Indictment charged King with knowingly possessing a 7.62x25mm semi-automatic pistol and a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol on June 30, 2024, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Ardmore Police Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations, and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The Indictment alleged that on November 17, 2025, Sibrian, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on November 20, 2018.

The Indictment alleged that on or about May 31, 2024, Breshears knowingly and intentionally distributed 50 grams or more of methamphetamine (actual), a Schedule II controlled substance.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Tracy Ann Mannon, a/k/a Tracy Ann Moore, a/k/a Tracy A. Carter, age 53, of Wilburton, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 720 months in prison for one count of Murder in Indian Country - Second Degree.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, the Wilburton Police Department, and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
On April 21, 2025, Mannon pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on February 26, 2024, Mannon bludgeoned and stabbed the victim to death at a Wilburton residence. The crime occurred in Latimer County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Donovan Matthew Pruett, age 24, of Checotah, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to an Information for one count of Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law, which is punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
The Information alleged that on September 28, 2024, while on duty and working in an official capacity as an Okfuskee County jailer, Pruett physically assaulted the victim, an inmate in the Okfuskee County Jail, while the inmate was restrained, resulting in bodily injury to the victim.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Love County Resident Sentenced for Discharging Firearm During A Crime of ViolenceRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Isaiah Lynn Wood, age 22, of Overbrook, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 120 months in prison for one count of Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Love County Sheriff’s Office.
On May 12, 2025, Wood pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on the evening of February 17, 2025, Wood parked at a distance from an Overbrook residence, then entered the residence undetected armed with a Glock 45 semi-automatic pistol. Once inside, Wood threatened one resident, assaulted a second, fired the weapon twice striking a third, then barricaded himself inside. A Love County deputy responding to the 911 emergency dispatch call took Wood into custody.

Checotah Resident Sentenced for Distributing MethamphetamineRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Latisha Marie McCarter, age 43, of Checotah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 24 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
On August 13, 2025, McCarter pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on June 17, 2023, McCarter sold a baggie of white crystalline methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, in the parking lot of a store in Checotah, Oklahoma.

Wister Resident Sentenced to Life for 2023 MurderRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kendall Lee Forrester, age 36, of Wister, Oklahoma, was sentenced to a term of life in prison for one count of First Degree Murder in Indian Country, and 120 months in prison for one count of Use, Carry, Brandish and Discharge of a Firearm During and in Relation to a Crime of Violence. The sentences were ordered to run consecutively.
The charges arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police, and the Heavener Police.
On February 27, 2025, a federal jury found Forrester guilty of the charges at trial. According to investigators, on October 31, 2023, Forrester shot and killed the victim with a single gunshot to the head at a LeFlore County residence within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation. Family members reported the victim missing after a receiving a suspicious text message from the victim’s cell phone and discovering the victim’s wallet, keys, and cell phone left behind at home after Forrester had told family members that he and the victim were out hunting. The victim’s body was discovered hours later, wrapped in plastic sheeting, stored in a chest that had been loaded into the victim’s SUV. Officers conducting a traffic stop on Forrester discovered a 9mm handgun, a magazine containing 9 rounds of ammunition, and a trash bag of freshly laundered clothes and towels in his car. A latent print on the plastic sheeting from the chest was a match to prints taken from Forrester.

Tulsa Resident Sentenced for Illegally Possessing Firearm and AmmunitionRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Demarrio Lee Hannah, aka Demario Hannah, aka Mario Hannah, age 37, of Tulsa, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 33 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Police.
On May 13, 2025, Hannah pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on June 22, 2024, law enforcement conducting a routine traffic stop on an SUV traveling north on Highway 69 near Atoka, Oklahoma, discovered Hannah in possession of a loaded Taurus G3 semi-automatic pistol. At the time of the stop, Hannah had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.
This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and gun violence, and to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone. Texas Resident Sentenced for Illegally Possessing FirearmRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Brandon Lee Smith, age 31, of Wichita Falls, Texas, was sentenced to 33 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Ardmore Police Department.
On June 10, 2025, Smith pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on January 18, 2025, Smith possessed a firearm which he sold to a federally licensed firearm dealer in Ardmore, Oklahoma, during a video-recorded transaction. Prior to that transaction, Smith had been convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year of imprisonment.

North Carolina Resident Pleads Guilty to Theft of Public MoniesRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Davoshia Tyrice Mason, age 30, of Charlotte, North Carolina, entered a guilty plea to a felony Information of one count of Theft of Public Monies, punishable by a term of up to ten years’ imprisonment and a fine of $250,000.00.
The Information alleged that beginning in January 8, 2024, and continuing until June 2, 2025, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma and elsewhere, Mason willfully and knowingly embezzled, stole, and converted to his own use, and the use of others, money and things of value of the United States, and a department and agency of the United States, that is, the Veterans Affairs Department, to which Mason knew he was not entitled, having a value exceeding $1,000.00.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Veterans Affairs Office of the Inspector General.
The Honorable D. Edward Snow, U.S. Magistrate Judge in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma, accepted the plea and ordered the completion of a presentence investigation report.
A U.S. District Court Judge will determine the sentence to be imposed after considering the U.S. Sentencing Guidelines and other statutory factors.
Mason was released on bond with conditions pending sentencing.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Dacario Larome Stancle, age 27, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 120 months in prison for one count of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Muskogee Police Department.
On March 12, 2025, Stancle pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on October 26, 2024, Stancle knowingly and intentionally possessed 500 grams or more of a detectable amount of methamphetamine, a Schedule II controlled substance, intending to distribute it.

According to investigators, on October 26, 2024, law enforcement attempted to conduct a traffic stop on Stancle’s SUV at the intersection of Junction and Broadway in Muskogee when Stancle evaded officers, running four stop signs at speeds exceeding 80 miles per hour before crashing into a wooded area. Stancle attempted to flee on foot but was apprehended by officers. At the crash site, officers discovered a bag containing approximately 843 grams of methamphetamine, which Stancle later admitted to purchasing for distribution.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Justin Janae Stancle, age 34, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 14 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm and Ammunition.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Muskogee County Sheriff’s Office.
On July 30, 2025, Stancle pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on February 21, 2025, deputies conducting a routine traffic stop discovered Stancle in possession of a Glock 27 semi-automatic pistol. At the time of the traffic stop, Stancle had been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment.

Latimer County Resident Sentenced for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of A MinorRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Garret James Walkos, age 26, of Red Oak, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 360 months in prison for one count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Minor in Indian Country.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Choctaw Nation Lighthorse Criminal Investigations.
On May 29, 2025, Walkos pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, beginning in June 2023 and continuing until March 2024, Walkos knowingly engaged in a sexual act with a minor who had not attained the age of 12 years. The crime occurred in Latimer County, within the boundaries of the Choctaw Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Hyden Bishop Russell, age 19, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, was sentenced to a term of three years’ probation for one count of Possession of a Stolen Firearm.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and the Muskogee Police Department.
On June 17, 2025, Russell pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on December 11, 2024, an officer responding to a 911 report of a road rage incident pulled over the vehicle involved and discovered Russell in possession of a loaded Glock 17 semiautomatic pistol which had been stolen from a federally licensed firearm dealer.

Muskogee Resident Pleads Guilty to Possessing Unregistered FirearmRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Denim Cole Adams, age 21, of Muskogee, Oklahoma, entered a guilty plea to one count of Possession of an Unregistered Firearm, punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
The Indictment alleged that on July 4, 2024, Adams knowingly possessed a 12-gauge, pump-action shotgun, with a barrel of less than 18 inches in length, which was not registered to him in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Muskogee Police Department, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, and the Muscogee (Creek) Nation Lighthorse Tribal Police Department.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Carlos Arturo Cahuex-Martinez, a/k/a Carlos Arturo Cahuex, a/k/a Carlos Cahuex-Martinez, a/k/a Carlos Martinez, age 45, a Guatemalan national unlawfully present in Wagoner, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 8 months in prison for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division.
On September 16, 2025, Cahuex-Martinez pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on July 22, 2025, Cahuex-Martinez, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on July 3, 2018, November 13, 2018, and January 26, 2022.

The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the McAlester Police Department.
On August 4, 2025, Rebollero pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on June 10, 2025, Rebollero, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on June 4, 2008.

MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Sergio Alejandro Olivas-Robledo, age 37, a Mexican national unlawfully present in McIntosh County, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the McIntosh County Sheriff’s Office.
On November 10, 2025, Olivas-Robledo pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on September 28. 2025, Olivas-Robledo, an alien, was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on September 11, 2008, and January 15, 2009.
This case is part of Operation Take Back America, a nationwide initiative that marshals the full resources of the Department of Justice to repel the invasion of illegal immigration, achieve the total elimination of cartels and transnational criminal organizations (TCOs), and protect our communities from the perpetrators of violent crime. Operation Take Back America streamlines efforts and resources from the Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces (OCDETFs) and Project Safe Neighborhood (PSN).

Checotah Resident Sentenced for Distributing MethamphetamineRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Andrew Frank Lerblance, a/k/a Andrew Frank Lerblance, Jr., age 66, of Checotah, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 84 months in prison for one count of Distribution of Methamphetamine.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.
On June 30, 2025, Lerblance pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on October 3, 2023, Lerblance sold approximately 55 grams of methamphetamine in the parking lot of the Flying J Travel Center in Checotah, Oklahoma.
The Honorable John C. Coughenour, U.S. District Judge in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington, sitting by assignment, presided over the hearing. Lerblance will remain in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service pending transportation to a designated United States Bureau of Prisons facility to serve a non-paroleable sentence of incarceration.

Broken Bow Resident Sentenced for Illegally Possessing FirearmRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Kenneth Marvin Bray, a/k/a Marvin Bray, age 54, of Broken Bow, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 37 months in prison for one count of Felon in Possession of Firearm.
The charge arose from an investigation by the McCurtain County Sheriff’s Office, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
On July 1, 2025, Bray pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, Bray knowingly possessed a 9mm semi-automatic pistol on November 30, 2023, after having been previously convicted of a crime punishable by more than one year in prison.
This case is part of Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN), a program bringing together all levels of law enforcement and the communities they serve to reduce violent crime and gun violence, and to make our neighborhoods safer for everyone. On May 26, 2021, the department launched a violent crime reduction strategy strengthening PSN based on these core principles: fostering trust and legitimacy in our communities, supporting community-based organizations that help prevent violence from occurring in the first place, setting focused and strategic enforcement priorities, and measuring the results.

Wagoner County Resident Sentenced for Aggravated Sexual Abuse of A Child in Indian CountryRead the Press Release
MUSKOGEE, OKLAHOMA – The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Oklahoma announced that Clovis Lee Estes, age 36, of Wagoner, Oklahoma, was sentenced to 360 months in prison for one count of Aggravated Sexual Abuse of a Child in Indian Country.
The charge arose from an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Wagoner County Sheriff’s Office, and the Cherokee Nation Marshal Service.
On June 26, 2025, Estes pleaded guilty to the charge. According to investigators, on January 11, 2025, Estes knowingly engaged in a sexual act with the victim, a person who had not attained the age of 12 years. The crime occurred in Wagoner County, within the boundaries of the Cherokee Nation Reservation, in the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
